I’m Airiana, the owner of Vello Electrolysis. I have over 7 years experience in temporary hair removal specializing in waxing, and 2 years specializing in Electrolysis permanent hair removal. I provide various services for your hair removal needs on any part of your journey. My space is LGBTQ+ friendly, offering gender-inclusive rates for fair and affordable care. Every guest enjoys a tailored experience with expert knowledge, quality service, and customized treatment plans.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All non-package services will require a deposit of 75% of service(s) total payable through my online booking site to secure appointment time. This will be applied towards your total at checkout on the day of your appointment. Deposits are in place instead of keeping a card on file. Cancellations made within 15 hours of your appointment time are considered last minute, therefore deposit will be forfeited. Applies to No-Shows as well. If cancelled before the 15 hour window, your deposit will be refunded. I understand that unexpected events can occur and plans may change, so If you absolutely need to cancel at the last minute, your first cancellation will be waived and your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel last minute again, the usual policy will apply. No-shows will not be excused.
